The plain-English version. It's short because the deal is simple.
Virtual Receptionist Desk ("we") provides an automated telephone receptionist that answers calls forwarded to it, asks questions, books appointments onto a calendar you connect, and sends you summaries and recordings. It is operated by Jaigirdar Capital LLC.
The service costs $600 per month and includes 400 minutes of answered calls. Minutes beyond that are billed at 30¢ per minute; we notify you by text before you reach the included amount. The first 2 days are free and require no payment method. There is no setup fee and no minimum term. You can cancel at any time by text or email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and we will help you remove call forwarding the same day.
Giving us accurate information about your business, hours, service area and what the receptionist may say about pricing; keeping your own calendar accurate; and complying with any laws that apply to recording calls in the states you operate in. You are responsible for the appointments you keep or don't.
Running the receptionist as described, setting it up with the information you give us, and fixing it when it's wrong. It is an automated system: it can misunderstand a caller, and we do not guarantee that every call will be answered or every booking will be correct. Our liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Don't use the receptionist to deceive callers, to make outbound solicitation calls, or for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account used that way.
If we change the price or these terms we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Pennsylvania law governs these terms.
